LEADING UP TO THE WEDDING
- Process Map to help guide you or “map” your way through the process of working with us.

- Vendor referrals (if needed)

- Assistance with unique ideas to add to those last minute special touches
- Attendance at final venue walk-thru one month prior to wedding day
- Ceremony/reception layout if needed
- Keepsake Processional/Recessional Chart
- Confirm vendor details, deliveries, and set-up times
- Comprehensive wedding day timeline
- Unlimited phone calls and emails 30 days before the wedding
REHEARSAL
- Attendance and coordination of rehearsal
- Access to practice bouquets
- Copies of wedding day timeline for distribution to bridal party and family members
WEDDING DAY
- Wedding day management for up to 12 hours (additional hours may be added)
- Assistance from Lead Coordinator and assistant on wedding day
- Act as point person for vendors, guests, and wedding party
- Access to Macgyver kit to solve any unexpected problems
- Ensure vendors have arrived on time, run interference if they will be arriving late
- Set-up personal decor items to your specifications
- Greet vendors and provide assistance and direction
- Distribute and pin boutonnieres and/or corsages
- Direct wedding party/family for ceremony, introductions, toasts, photographs, etc
- Address and resolve minor issues that may arise
- Manage timing and execution of planned events (first dances, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc)
- Pack up personal items (decor and gifts) at the end of the evening and ensue they are given to designated individual(s) for safe travel back to you
- Disbursement of all gratuities and final payments if needed
- Corral family and bridal party for an on-time start
- Coordinate grand exit
- Work with venue to ensure smooth transition between ceremony, cocktail hour and reception
- Attend to guests’ special needs
- Orchestrate ceremony line up
- Be available for questions from guests
- Back-up coordinator in an unlikely case of illness or emergency

Due to popular demand we have created our 8 Hour Wedding Coordination Package. It includes everything from our 12 Hour Package with the exception that we will be on site for 8 hours on your wedding day.
