Wedding Coordination
While we have been hired up to a year in advance, typically you will want to hire your wedding coordinator 3-6 months before your wedding day.
Our wedding coordination service includes day-of-coordination, but it goes beyond that to bring your vision to life with the inclusion of day-of décor set up and clean up. As a DIY bride there are many décor items you will buy and/or make yourself that someone will need to set-up on wedding day. We arrive early (sometimes even before the first vendor) to begin placing and arranging all your items. Then, at the end of the evening, we will help box up those décor items and make sure they are given to the designated individual(s) responsible for their safe travel back to you.
No. We actually only book one wedding per weekend. Your wedding day is important to us, and by limiting ourselves to one wedding per weekend we are able to completely devote our time and attention to you and your wedding to make sure you have the Best Day Ever!
Absolutely not! If we refer a vendor for your wedding it’s because we feel they would be the best fit for your needs, style, and budget.
Officiating
You should book your officiant about 9 month before your wedding.
Absolutely! We encourage our couple’s to make their ceremony personal to them, but we are here to offer suggestions and samples if requested to help you get started.
No. We are inclusive of all couples and believe that all people, regardless of race, gender, religious preference, or sexual orientation, have the right to marry.
The length of your ceremony will depend on you, but typically they are between 20-30 minutes.
Wedding Design
You should book your wedding designer after you have decided on your budget and selected your venue. Usually this is 1 to 2 months after your engagement.
No! Our designer is here to bring your vision to life, not theirs. We will offer suggestions and ideas, but ultimately it is your decision.
Depending on the package you select, yes. Our 40 hour package includes a site visit along with four hours on your wedding to ensure all of your decor elements are in place and your vision comes to life.
